Headquarters and lobbies
Sculpture for the places a company receives people

A reception says who a company is before anyone speaks. D’Argenta makes pieces for that moment, from a sculpture for the boardroom table to figures of a person’s height, and monumental works to order.
Scale
Our largest pieces today stand about one and a half metres high: Arlequín and Colombina, a pair of figures. Beyond that, monumental works are made to order, designed for the space they will stand in.
Where it goes
01
The reception
The first thing a visitor sees — the company’s symbol, or a piece that says where it comes from.
02
The boardroom
A piece on the table or the credenza, seen in every meeting and every photograph.
03
The executive floor
Sculpture for the offices and corridors where clients are received.
04
A new building
A piece commissioned for the opening, which stays as the building’s own.
Designed with the architect
For a lobby the piece is drawn into the space before it is made: a render places it where it will stand, at its true size, under its true light. The finish is chosen for that light — silver stays neutral under coloured light and lets the room set the tone; gold warms a space and draws the eye from across a hall.
A protective lacquer means the piece never needs polishing, only dusting. That matters in a building where the cleaning crew changes and the sculpture stays.
The company’s symbol, at architectural scale
The McDonald’s arches and sign, in gold and silver, show how a brand mark reads as sculpture. At lobby scale, the same mark becomes part of the building.
Questions
How large can a piece be?
Pieces up to about one and a half metres are part of our work today. Monumental pieces are made to order.
Can you work from our architect’s drawings?
Yes. We design from plans and renders and show the piece in the space before it is made.
Does it need maintenance?
Only dusting. The lacquer protects the finish.
