Goodyear’s Wingfoot, landing on a golf ball

The Goodyear winged foot emblem, sculpted in copper, landing on a dimpled golf ball on a slim black base

For Goodyear, the brand’s emblem became the trophy: the winged foot, landing on a golf ball, finished entirely in copper.

An emblem with a body

Goodyear’s Wingfoot is drawn flat on every tyre and sign. As a sculpture it gains what a logo never has — depth, weight and a shadow — and the golf ball beneath it tells you in one glance what the trophy is for.

Copper was the right finish for a warm, sporting piece: it carries the brand’s heritage without the formality of gold, and it sits well beside the silver and gold trophies a club already owns.

For your tournament

Corporate golf days, client invitationals and charity tournaments all need a trophy that belongs to the sponsor as much as to the sport. Bring us your emblem; we will give it a body.
